Dispatch Policy 

 

Goods normally dispatched within 24 hours unless stated otherwise on the product details. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you with an estimated despatch date.

 

 

Prices and Tax 

 

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless stated otherwise. The charge for P&P is shown at the checkout before you confirm your order.

 



Postage 

 

Free delivery for all items over £50. 

 

£3.99 fixed price for all orders up to £50 

 

Returns policy 

 

We will exchange or refund goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in new condition with all labels attached and in their original packaging. 

 

It will be your responsibility to pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly dispatched. 

 

If you would like an exchange then please let us know the full details of the replacement item that you require. 

 

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2 working days on receipt of the goods being received. 

 

Please note that it will be your responsibility to obtain proof of postage and to ensure that this is adequately covered by the insurance of the mail company.

As the sender you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend that you return the goods to us by a traceable method such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery and that you insure your package to cover the cost of the contents.

 

Faulty Goods

  

We offer a full manufacturers guarantee for all the products we sell. Subject to our inspection and agreement when we receive the goods we will always refund the cost or offer an equivalent replacement if found to be faulty.

 

For goods found to be faulty we will provide a full refund of delivery and return postage costs. If we do not agree the goods are faulty we will contact you and you be responsible for the return postage costs.
